What is your shipping policy for electric skateboards?
We offer standard and expedited shipping across the continental US. Due to lithium battery regulations, all boards must be shipped via ground transportation and typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
Can I ride my Evolve board in the rain?
While our boards are designed to be water-resistant, they are not waterproof. We recommend avoiding puddles and heavy rain to protect the internal electronics and ensure the longevity of your board.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every new Evolve skateboard comes with a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with several third-party providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans at checkout, allowing you to ride now and pay later.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply and shipping costs are non-refundable.
