At Evolve Skateboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your board or accessory is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it to qualify for a return.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our designated service center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
